Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Dragon Card Master mobile application (the "Service") operated by Dragon Game Studio.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: NO REAL MONEY GAMBLING.
This game is intended for an adult audience (18+) for amusement purposes only. It does not offer "real money gambling" or an opportunity to win real money or prizes based on gameplay. Practice or success at social gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2. Virtual Currency

The Service may include an opportunity to obtain virtual currency ("Chips/Coins"). Virtual Currency:

Has no monetary value and does not constitute currency or property of any type.
Cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money.
Is consumed during gameplay and cannot be refunded.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to cheat, exploit, or manipulate game mechanics.
Harass or harm other players.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dragon Game Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits.
